Implementation of Greenfield and Brownfield Projects in a Contract Engineering Format Includes:

  • Establishing a new business.
  • Identifying opportunities for obtaining funding and support for new ventures.
  • Searching for land/existing companies for collaboration or operating under a private label.
  • Conducting a technical and economic analysis.
  • Creating or collaborating on the implementation of a technological project.
  • Coordinating offers, cost estimates, construction, and execution projects.
  • Supervising investment implementation, controlling the budget and schedule, and ensuring investor oversight.
  • Hiring personnel, creating procedures, and operational instructions.
  • Conducting inspections, start-ups, and training.

Scope of Experience Includes:

  • Building a complete chemical factory with 80% funding from PARP for the production of household and hygiene products, which involved constructing the hall, transport roads, electrical/gas/water infrastructure, and conducting dozens of tenders for the purchase, installation, and commissioning of production equipment, including chemical reactors, mixers, pipelines, production lines, crystallizers, wastewater treatment plants, ammonia chillers, heating and ventilation systems, scrubbers, and gas-water boiler systems, etc. This required coordination of the implementation and co-creation of assumptions and technological projects, hiring personnel, and initial start-ups with 100% fulfillment of assumptions according to PARP criteria.

  • Implementing investments based on contracts for the purchase of production machines and equipment, including casting machines, dryers, tunnel and chamber furnaces, glazing robots and lines, and mixer equipment. The scope also included the setup of production space, covering the foundry with strict microclimate control, mixing area, high-bay warehouse, energy infrastructure, water and sewage systems, as well as roads and storage areas. The brownfield investment also involved supervision of the company's technical services, including maintenance management.

  • Ongoing supervision of an NCBiR investment aimed at building a new melting facility for the production of ductile iron, including control over the general contractor and the execution of inspections and installations.

  • Implementing an investment to replace 50% of the machinery in a production facility for hygiene products. This project also required the relocation of the existing packaging production department (injection molding) and production components (extruders).

  • Extensive experience in the execution and supervision of investment projects in the FMCG sector, including technology modernization, launching new production lines, and modifying existing machines and processes aimed at improving productivity and OEE.
